  • Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary program materials and other students' work

8. Confidentiality and Academic Trust

FinSafeEdu is committed to the highest level of confidentiality regarding all student information and academic progress details. We treat all student and program information with the deepest respect and do not share it with third parties without express consent. The collection and processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

9. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All program materials, financial methodologies, and other educational content created by FinSafeEdu are protected by copyright and held as intellectual property. The student receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for personal educational and professional development. Sharing with others or commercial use beyond the agreed scope is not permitted without our express written consent. FinSafeEdu reserves the right to use developed teaching methods and concepts for other students as well.

10. Testimonials and Success Stories

FinSafeEdu values sharing student testimonials and success stories unless the student expressly requests privacy. The use of photos or detailed personal stories for marketing purposes, however, always requires the express consent of the student. At the student's request, specific confidentiality agreements can be made to regulate this point in more detail.

11. Liability and Educational Disclaimer

FinSafeEdu provides financial education and training services with the utmost care and to the best of our knowledge and expertise. However, we do not guarantee the achievement of specific wealth or income outcomes, as financial success is influenced by many factors beyond education. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence and is limited in amount to the agreed tuition fee. Liability for slight negligence, indirect outcomes, or individual financial variations is excluded.

12. Term and Program Completion

For ongoing educational relationships, the term and notice period are based on the individual program agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, a notice period of 30 days applies. Both parties reserve the right to terminate the relationship for important educational reasons. Termination requires written form and professional acknowledgment.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An effective provision that comes closest to the educational purpose of the invalid provision shall replace the invalid provision. Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing. Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, insofar as legally permissible.
